This policy keeps the InferSports API fair and reliable for every developer. It applies to all accounts and API keys.
Read-only by design
The API reports odds data only. You may not present it as, or wire it into, a betting or order-execution system that places or settles wagers — that is outside the product's scope and not permitted.
Respect your tier
- Stay within your plan's request rate and coverage. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits with multiple keys or accounts.
- Don't share keys across organizations or resell raw API access without a written agreement.
- Cache responsibly — re-request only as fast as your tier's freshness allows.
No abuse
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
- No scraping or bulk extraction beyond your tier's intended use.
- No use that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or that facilitates illegal gambling.
Attribution & redistribution
Derived products are fine within your plan. Redistributing the raw odds feed wholesale requires a separate agreement — get in touch.
Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend, or revoke access for violations, with notice where practical. Serious or repeated abuse may result in account termination per the Terms of Service.
